Supported and Supporting – Bodywork regarding protection and allyship for TINA* people with Gregöre (open to TINA* & their allies)

What does it mean to stand up for someone with your whole body, not only with words? When does protection feel liberating and when does it make me smaller? How canI learn to receive support without having to conform or compromise? And what happens inside me when someone places their body between mine and whatever threat is coming—but on my terms, not theirs?
This workshop brings together TINA individuals and allies to explore these questions physically. Not as a checklist or a seminar on right and wrong allyship, but as a practice in movement and sensory awareness.
TINA stands for trans, inter, non-binary and agender individuals. Allies advocate for their rights and well-being, guided by their own values.
TINA individuals are at the center: their experiences, self-determination and feedback. No one has to commit to an identity—the body leads, not the label. Allies are invited to hold whatever arises: physically and adaptively, without overpowering or rescuing the other. They, too, explore what support feels like and what they need—which transforms their role as allies.
The workshop includes input on safety and allyship, consensual giving and receiving, embodied exercises—alone, in pairs and in groups—writing prompts, moments to pause and a concluding group exercise centered on TINA individuals and embodied solidarity. Everything is voluntary; your body helps decide where and how you participate.
If everything goes well, there will be moments that touch you, are stirring or spark sadness about what is missing so often. All of this will have a space here, because it makes us feel more alive.
Embodied solidarity is not a concept, but a practice. And like any practice, it needs tobe cultivated.
For TINA members and people who want to stand by their side as allies. No prior experience needed. Sign up on your own or with people you know and (future) allies.
The workshop takes place in German spoken language, but can be translated into English with whisper translation.
