Educational-Project
TIN the Future – Welcoming Gender Diversity
Education, awareness-raising, and empowerment: With “TIN the Future”, we support professionals and organizations in including trans, inter, agender, and non-binary people in more respectful and inclusive ways. Through workshops, process facilitation, and networking, we help create spaces where diversity becomes the norm.
Community-Project
TIN Resilience Through Community
For a strong TIAN* community in Saxony and Thuringia! Our project strengthens self-efficacy, exchange, and solidarity in times of growing hostility. Through networking meetings, workshops, and support in building local groups, we help create active, intersectional community structures.
Services for professionals
Trainings, Networks and Facilitation Services
We offer a range of workshops on topics related to child and youth services, sports and health sectors, higher education institutions, municipalities, public administration, and non-profit organizations. In addition, we coordinate several professional networking groups across Central Germany. We also support organizations in their processes of opening up and further development with regard to gender diversity.
