Is gender diversity not yet part of the conversation in your organization? Are trans, intersex, and non-binary people already part of your team—or increasingly accessing your services? Do you feel you lack the knowledge, confidence, or strategic framework to position your organization in an inclusive and future-oriented way? Are you looking to initiate a sustainable awareness process and become a role model in your region?

We support organizations in their process of institutional development and inclusive transformation. Our goal is to enable organizations to engage with gender diversity in an active, informed, and inclusive way—both internally and externally.

Gender diversity is an integral part of our society and is legally recognized. Organizations today are called upon to foster equal opportunities, reduce discrimination, and respond constructively to social change. This involves developing a diversity-oriented organizational culture and structure, while also ensuring competent and professional support for trans, intersex and non-binary people in practice.

Meaningful change does not happen overnight. Structured, professional guidance can make transformation processes clearer, more sustainable, and more effective.

Our consultancy combines organizational assessment tools (such as a diversity check), the development of tailored measures and strategies and continuous evaluation. The process is complemented by awareness training and professional development for teams and leadership, as well as expert consultation and practical implementation support.

Possible process framework:

  1. Initial consultation to clarify goals and scope
  2. Organizational and needs assessment / Diversity Check
  3. Training on gender diversity with individually selected focus areas
  4. Development of concrete measures and implementation plans
  5. Practice check-ins, feedback loops, and expert consultation
