From Impulse to Change – Practical Experiences with Gender Diversity

On November 11th, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, we invite all past workshop participants to join us for an online exchange.

Perhaps you have tried out new things, initiated conversations, changed structures, or taken away new questions since then. You may have experienced successes or encountered resistance—or perhaps some things have simply been put on hold for the time being. That is exactly what we would like to discuss with you.

We want to connect and talk about the following topics:

What changes have taken place for you?

Where has the process of becoming more inclusive of trans, inter, and non-binary people already begun?

What challenges exist, and what can help when you get stuck?

Together, we want to share practical experiences, learn from one another, and explore the typical sticking points involved in processes of change and inclusion. The goal is not to present ready-made solutions or to claim that everything was done "perfectly." Instead, the focus is on your experiences, your questions, and reflecting together on how to successfully foster inclusion.
