Events-Series „WE CARE“ // Workshop: Embodied consent – What does a yes or a not-no feel like?

Butterflies in the stomach, with all of my heart, keepsomething at arm length…our body tells us enormous amounts about how much yes there is in us.
In this workshop, you’ll explore how to listen to your bodyand recognize different gradiations of consent. Where do I feel an enthusiastic „Yes“, what does a tentative „Maybe“ do to me, in which part of my body does a challenging „Sure, when..“ reside? And how can I communicate that? You dive into a body journey, playfully learn now ways and expressions to your physical emotions.
