Due to the binary organization of sports training and competitions, there are high barriers for TIN people to do sports. The workshop offers a low-threshold introduction to sport and exercise. If required there’s the possibility to learn about basics of anatomy and exercises for everyday life. Above all, TIN people should regain the fun of exercise and be empowered to do so.
