Discovering Inner Landscapes – a Creative, Playful, Reflective Journey through Body and Sensation
What if we do not view our body as something that should function and is externally defined, but rather as a living landscape in transformation?
With lakes of tranquility, deserts of exhaustion, wind-swept expanses of longing, ancient forests full of stories, heavy moss-covered boulders, refreshing waterfalls, and quiet places that want to be heard?
In this 4-hour workshop (Oct. 4th 2025, 2-6pm, Erfurt), we will explore the body creatively and sensually – as far beyond performance demands or medical/social labels as possible. You will develop your own body map and be invited to gentlyshare your inner topography with others.
The workshop will also provide space for:
- Mindful arrival and getting to know each other
- Exploring safety in the body (safety explorations)
- Practical self-regulation techniques
Theworkshop is open to all queer bodies and experiences. No prior knowledge is required – just a desire to feel and explore.
- Optional online introduction and taster session: Sept.17th 2025, 6-7 pm
- Maximum of 14 participants
- Registration & inquiries at TIAM e.V.
- Please feel free to share: your prior experiences, what you need to participate well, and anything you might want to say about your positioning.
